Ordering Options
Many of the manufacturers we represent do not allow their products to be priced on the internet. To obtain prices, please complete our email quote form or feel free to call us 7 days a week at 800-454-7550. All of our furniture is available in a variety of frame colors and fabrics. Our knowledgeable staff is ready to assist you!

 

Order by telephone 7 days a week!
To order, call (714) 671-0815 7 days a week 9-5pm Pacific standard time. If you have any questions, our sales representatives are knowledgeable about our products and will be happy to assist you.

 

Ordering Information
Special orders require a 50% credit card deposit. The balance will be charged when we ship the furniture to you. Stock orders for quick shipment are charged to your card when you order and will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Delivery Time
We always give you up to date manufacturing times based on information from our vendors. If delivery time exceeds the time quoted, it is due to manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control.

 

Return Policy
Anaheim Patio & Fireside is committed to satisfied customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return of items. We try our best to avoid restocking fees, however, if your return results in a full refund, a 10% restocking fee will be implemented for in stock orders. A 25% restocking fee will be implemented for special orders. Under no circumstances will shipping and freight costs be refunded to the customer. The return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer. Anaheim Patio & Fireside will assist you with the return freight paperwork, which will assure you our volume discounts with the freight carriers. Please email or call if you have questions about our return policy.

 

Furniture Shipping:

Local Shipping
We deliver to most areas of Southern California in our company-owned trucks. This "White Glove" service includes unpacking your furniture, placing it in your patio area and removing all packing materials. Our standard local delivery fee is $150. Out-of-the-Area delivery will be charged at a higher fee. Call for details and a price quote.

 

Standard Shipping
When your order is shipped by common carrier, we normally use Jack Jones Trucking, Roadway, FedEx Freight, UPS, and UPS Freight. It is shipped in the manufacturer's cartons and packing. We take extra care to assure your furniture arrives without freight damage. You should inspect the boxes for damage and note any visible damage or missing boxes on the freight bill before you sign for your furniture. Trucking companies cannot wait for you to open each box and inspect the contents. They will allow you to inspect contents or refuse delivery on damaged boxes. Please notify us immediately if you have freight or manufacturing damage. We will assist you with claims, repairs and/or replacements.
