Do you do installation?
Yes. We install: fireplace gas logs, glass door firescreens, log lighters, custom firescreens, fireplace mantels, direct vent fireplaces, barbeques (both natural and propane), replacement slings for chairs and chaises.

Do you do repairs?
Yes. We repair umbrella cords and barbeques.

What credit cards do you accept?
We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you backorder items?
Occasionally we will be out of stock on an item. In these situations, we will accept backorders. If the item you backordered is out of stock longer than 30 days after the date you ordered it, we will email you or send you a post card with an updated status of the item. We do not invoice for backordered items until they ship out to you. We do not add on extra delivery charges for backordered items that ship out separately from the rest of your order (if any).
