Return Policy:
Anaheim Patio & Fireside is committed to satisfied customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return of items. We try our best to avoid restocking fees, however, if your return results in a full refund, a 10% restocking fee may be implemented for in stock orders. A 25% restocking fee will be implemented for special orders. Under no circumstances will shipping and freight costs be refunded to the customer. The return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer. Anaheim Patio & Fireside will assist you with the return freight paperwork, which will assure you our volume discounts with the freight carriers.
